The Clean & Collect app lists dry cleaners and laundries to make it easier for operators to connect with their customers!
Clean & Collect is the result of a three-way cooperation between:
- the FFPB: French Federation of Pressings and Laundries
- the CTTN: Dyeing and Cleaning Technical Center
- Inforum: Publisher specializing in dry cleaning and laundry software.
This application is intended to be independent, in the sense that it leaves the dry-cleaning operator free of its prices, its strategy, the services and its schedules, which it offers within the framework of the application.
It therefore meets the needs of operators without the effect of uberization of the profession.
To use the RDV application on www.cleanandcollect.com.
You can now register, create your showcase page and distribute the link to this page on your website, your social networks and in your communications.
Coming soon: The provision of a home delivery and pick-up request service with payment for orders via the platform. This service can also be used to manage a "skip the line" service for your customers, but also a laundry deposit, a relay point, or even a company concierge!
History of Clean & Collect
The arrival on the market of companies specializing in the provision of services on the Internet in many fields of activity, hotels, restaurants, bookstores, travel, taxis... has totally destabilized companies in the sectors concerned, monopolizing their customers and capturing their financial margin.
Companies in the sectors affected have been weakened. In the laundry sector, the idea of a web application created, piloted, operated by professionals, and without intermediaries, has established itself. This is the starting point of the reflection of the FFPB wishing to create a web tool adapted to the particularities and needs of the profession of the Textile Care sector.

2018
State of Play
On the market, there was already the Dry Cleaner Locator tool, designed by Inforum and developed since October 2018 and made available in April 2019. The site then offered the possibility of adding your laundry to a specialized directory for free, and create your showcase page.
2019
Starting Point
The CTTN and the FFPB met in December 2019. The objective at that time was for the CTTN to propose studies to be carried out as part of its mission to conduct Collective Actions for the profession.
The creation of a web application is then proposed.
2021
Project Startup
After several working groups, the CTTN and the FFPB established specifications describing the application, its technical aspects and its functionalities.
The call for tenders was published in January 2021. After studying the various responses to the call for tenders, the company Inforum was selected to carry out this project, in March 2021, for reasons of reliability, cost and involvement in the philosophy of the project.
To organize the development of the application, an Operational and Strategic Committee (COS) was created, and meets every month. The first meeting was held on October 14, 2021. During these working groups, it is a question of demonstrating the developments carried out, defining the next functions to be developed, and discussing the product and its philosophy.
2022
Launch of C'n'C
July 2022, the Clean & Collect site is launched.
Development and COS meetings are continuing in order to provide the delivery and home pick-up request service with payment for orders via the platform very soon.
