The CTTN is an Industrial Technical Center (Research Code, article L521-1 et seq.; former Law of July 22, 1948), created by decree on August 25, 1958.
It carries out its mission by conducting a program of Collective Actions oriented towards the sectors of professional and industrial textile care and cleaning and by multiple individualized actions (research, tests, quality control, technical expertise, technological watch, standardization, professional training, technical assistance, publications).
The collective actions are financially supported by the ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.
A staff of more than 50 people, made up of engineers, project managers, trainers-consultants, and test technicians, mastering all facets of textile car and cleaning maintenance, whose skills are constantly updated and who are ready meet the expectations and needs of the Centre's partners and clients.
The CTTN is also:
- 3,000 products and 1,500 materials tested, 5,000 hours of training (face to face) per year
- the partner of all laundry operators, dry cleaners and healthcare establishments.
It is a partner of consumer unions, manufacturers of cleaning products and materials, the textile sector in the framework of textile care issues and many institutional bodies.
The CTTN is also:
- a standardization player: ISO, CEN, NF
- a faithfull member of the CTI network
- the signatory, with the other CTIs, of the Training charter
- an ISO 9001 & Qualiopi certified player (Training)
Its turnover is based on diversified services, carried out in France, including overseas, and for export.
It conducts a dynamic investment policy to meet the expectations of its partners and customers.
